LICENSING INFORMATION

The Arbors, as are all assisted living communities, is regulated and licensed by the Nevada State Bureau of Health Care Quality & Compliance. The BHCQ&C licenses medical and other health facilities in Nevada in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 449 and with Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 449.

Beginning in 2009 the BHCQ&C instituted a letter grading system for assisted living communities and group homes. This is fantastic news – it allows family members to instantly access information regarding the actual quality of care provided by a specific community. Each licensed community in the state is surveyed on an annual basis. We are proud to say that The Arbors has always received the equivalent of an “A” rating.
