Are you ready? The Walk to End Alzheimer’s will take place on Saturday, September 23rd at 8am at the Sparks Marina. We’re working on adding more members to our Arbors Angels team and getting more donations in.
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease. Our Walk in Reno/Sparks is an easy 2-mile loop around the Sparks Marina. Each year we even bring out several residents to walk with us.
Signing up to walk is easy and free! Simply visit our team page and sign up. From there, you can make a donation and send out emails to your friends and family asking for their support to this cause by making a donation or walking with you. You can even share links to your own Walk to End Alzheimer’s donation page on social media.

Yes, children should register. Parents/guardians can register children online or complete an offline registration form and sign the waiver on behalf of the child.
Does every walker get a T-shirt?
Every registered participant will receive a T-shirt after achieving the fundraising minimum of $100. Unless otherwise communicated, T-shirts will be available for pick up on Walk day.
