Radiant Senior Living has acquired Sparks, Nevada-based Arbors Memory Care. Radiant owns and operates 18 assisted living and memory care communities in 5 western states (Oregon, Washington, Montana, Colorado and now Nevada). In addition to continuing all of the successful programs Arbors Memory Care has in place, Radiant brings a wealth of technological experience and programs to the community.
Radiant will begin the ownership transition immediately and will be working with the current ownership for a smooth and positive transition.
“Our mission at Radiant Senior Living is to create and sustain comfortable, caring environments for those who depend on us. That mission is considered when making each decision we make and with each action we take,” said Jodi Guffee Chief Operations Officer for Radiant Senior Living.
An interesting parallel between the buyer and seller: both companies have been owned by a husband and wife team – Gina Stutchman and Jason Lewis with Arbors Memory Care and Jodi and James Guffee with Radiant. That parallel gets even more interesting with the fact both Jodi and Gina became interested in Senior Living due to each of their fathers owning senior living communities. Both Gina and Jodi started volunteering and working with their fathers at their respective companies as adolescents.
Arbors Memory Care Community is located in Sparks, Nevada just 1 mile north of Interstate 80.
